On December 15, 2015, Professor Huang Ping, Director-General of the Institute of European Studies, met with Liviu Muresan, Executive President, EURISC Foundation Romania who participated in the Third High-Level Symposium of Think Tanks of China and Central and Eastern European Countries. 

Executive President Liviu Muresan said that Romania has attached great importance to the EU Danube strategy and suggested the China-CEEC Think Tanks Network can play its role in the strategy. 

Director Huang Ping noted that the Network is very important as it can deepen exchange and cooperation between think tanks and integrate different initiatives and opinions, such as the“Belt and Road”and the Danube Strategy. 

Executive President Liviu Muresan expressed his appreciation for being invited to participate in the Network. The EURISC Foundation will actively conduct activities and promote deep and practical cooperation between think tanks from China and CEEC.
